Saturday – Sunday: Closed
By appointment only — we don't accept walk-ins. Dr. Velez also has hospital responsibilities, so clinic days vary month to month; call us and we'll find you a time.

When you arrive
We're in Suite 2A. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit, and bring your insurance card, photo ID, and your child's immunization record.
In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For urgent (non-emergency) clinical concerns during office hours, call us — phone messages receive a same-day callback.
