Our Telehealth Services are ideal for routine check-ups, follow-up appointments, medication management, and addressing non-emergency health concerns. They are also an excellent choice for families who wish to limit exposure to illnesses, those who have mobility constraints, or those who simply prefer the convenience of virtual appointments.

To schedule a Telehealth appointment, simply click "Schedule a Call" on our website. After scheduling, you'll receive an email with a secure link for your appointment. Before your scheduled time, click the link to join the meeting with Dr. Velez. You'll be able to see and hear the doctor, just like an in-person visit.

Please note that while Telehealth is an excellent resource for many types of appointments, it's not suitable for all situations. If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
